CONSTRUCTION AT CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BYRON AIRPORT,AT 3-06-0008-05
SPECIFIC REQUF.ST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director or his designee to execute Contract
Change Order No. 7 to compensate the Contractor, Ferma Corporation, for additional work at
Contra Costa County-Byron Airport
II. Financial Impact:
This Change Order requires an adjustment of $43,322.67 to the Contract price to date of
$4,489,694.57.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The purpose of this Contract Change Order is to balance and adjust various contract unit priced and time-
and-materials pay items to reflect actual field measured, in-place quantities versus estimated quantities.
