BACKGROUND:
The Keller Canyon Landfill Citizens Advisory Committee has
informally established terms for its members . In order to
reconcile the records of the Clerk of the Board with those of the
Advisory Committee, it is recommended that the Board fix terms
consistent with those established informally by the Advisory
Committee. In doing so, the terms of these three members expired
December 31, 1993 . Each wishes to be reappointed and our Committee
is pleased to recommend their reappointment. Other technical
adjustments need to be made to insure that the Clerk of the Board' s
records are consistent with the understanding of the Advisory
Committee.
