Rehabilitation Program operated by the Housing Authority of the
County of Contra Costa (HACCC) . The purpose of this program is to
maintain and improve the supply of rental housing affordable to
very-low and low-income households in the Urban County. Due to
technicalities related to federal regulations for the HOME Program,
loans made through the HACCC program with HOME funds must be
between the County and the Borrower.
