Bragdon Director of Community Development DATE: March 22, 1994 SUBJECT: Loan Documents for HOME Program Housing Rehabilitation Loans SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS AUTHORIZE the Deputy Director, Redevelopment, or his designee to enter into loan documents for purposes of providing housing rehabilitation loans funded with County HOME Investment Partnership Act funds and provided through the Housing Authority of Contra Costa County' s Rental Rehabilitation Program. FISCAL IMPACT No General Fund impact. Funds for this program Are from Contra Costa County' s FY 1992 HOME Investment Partnership allocation provided to the County through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.. The purpose of this program is to maintain and improve the supply of rental housing affordable to very-low and low-income households in the Urban County.
