THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on March 15, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.94/160
SUBJECT: Deferred Improvement Agreement Satisfied for Parcels B, C and D of Minor
Subdivision 7-74, Oakley Area.
On March 4, 1975,the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute
a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Nathalie Thomas for drainage improvements on
the property encompassed by Minor Subdivision 7-74 as required by the conditions of
approval for Minor Subidivison 7-74.
The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on March 12,
1975 in Volume 7451 of Official Records at page 693 and became an encumbrance against
Assessor's Parcel No.(s) 041-100-017, 018, 019 & 020.
The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements
outlined in said agreement and encompassing Parcels B, C and D of Minor Subdivision 7-74
have been satisfied. However, the requirements affecting Parcel A(APN 041-100-017) have
not been satisfied.

The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned
Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied for APNs 041-100-018, 019 and 020,but not
for APN 041-100-017.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Deferred
Improvement Agreement is EXONERATED for parcels no 041-100-018, 019 and 020 and
is not exonerated for parcel no 041-100-017.
