HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02081994 - 1.13 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on February 8, 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, McPeak, Torlak'son and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close a Portion of Marsh Drive to through traffic between Willow Street and 1,000 feet north of Vista Grande, in the Pacheco Area for the Purpose of installing Pleasant Hill Interceptor Sewer Relief project. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to Ranger Pipelines Incorporated to completely close a portion of Marsh Drive except for emergency traffic for the period of March 1, 1994 through September 1, 1994, for the purpose of installing Pleasant Hill Interceptor Sewer Relief project subject to the conditions below. Ranger Pipelines is conducting this work under a contract with Central Contra Costa Sanitary District. 1. Traffic will be detoured via neighborhood streets per plan approved by Public Works Traffic Division, thereby allowing access to all properties at all times. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 3. Ranger Pipeline, Incorporated, shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of$500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured.
