RESOLUTION NO. 93/302
SUBJECT: Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the Annexation of Subdivision 7330
(Heather Parc) as Zones 16 & 29 of the County Landscaping and Lighting
District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) in the Oakley Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board PROPOSES to annex Subdivision 7330 (Heather Parc) as Zones 16 & 29
of the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) pursuant to the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 and following, Streets and Highways
Code) for the purposes of the following improvements.
Maintain, service and operate all landscaping and irrigation facilities within Zones 16'
& 29 of the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2)
The proposed Zones 16 & 29 shall include the land shown on the map designated,
Assessment Diagram A.D. 1979-3 (LL-2), Zones 16 & 29, Subdivision 7330 (Heather Parc)
which map is on file with the Clerk of the Board and is hereby approved.
The Public Works Director is hereby designated Engineer for the purpose of these
annexation proceedings. The Board hereby DIRECTS the Engineer to prepare and file with
the Clerk of the Board a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.

Board of Supery on the date shown.

RESOLUTION NO. 93/303
SUBJECT: Resolution Ordering Improvement and Annexing Subdivision 7330
(Heather Parc) as Zones 16 & 29 of the County Landscaping and Lighting
District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) in the Oakley Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
On this date the Board ADOPTED its Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the
annexation of Subdivision 7330(Heather Parc) as Zones 16& 29 of the County Landscaping
and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) and DIRECTED the preparation and filing of an
Engineer's Report on the proposed annexation.
The Engineer for the proceedings has filed on Engineer's Report with the Clerk of the
Board.
Owners of all land within the boundaries of Subdivision 7330 (Heather Parc) have filed
their consent for annexation as Zones 16 & 29 without notice or hearing, and to the
adoption of the Engineer's Report and the levy of assessments stated therein.
The Board hereby ORDERS the improvements and the annexation of Subdivision 7330
(Heather Parc) as described in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the Engineer's
Report.
The Board hereby CONFIRMS the assessment diagram and assessment contained in the
Engineer's Report, and LEVIES the assessment for the Fiscal Year 1993-94.
