THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on June 8, 1993 by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 93/298
SUBJEC`r: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 6934, Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 6934 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
Davidson Homes, a California Limited Partnership heretofore approved by this Board in
conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of April 27, 1993, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for
the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ridgepointe Court the hereinafter described
road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 6934 filed
January 24, 1991,in Book 354 of Maps at page 48, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period
is hereby established, and the $2,100 deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 181344) dated
November 6, 1990,) made by Davidson Homes, a California Limited Partnership be
RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance
Code.
