SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)S BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease, commencing July 1, 1993, with DELTA COMMUNITY
SERVICES, INCORPORATED, for the premises 724 3rd Street,
Brentwood, California, for continued occupancy by the
Probation Department, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf
of the- County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the
General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as requested by the Probation
Department.
