At 12: 15 p.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal .
