HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05251993 - 1.11 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on May 25, 1993 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: Ndne ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit under the Road Improvement Agreement for LUP 2114-89, Oakley Area. APN#035-050-008. On June 22, 1992,this Board resolved that the improvements for LUP 2114-89 were completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and now on the recom- mendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 188860, dated April 15, 1991) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Nichols,Melburg&Rosetto, pursuant to the Road Improvement Agreement and Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406. hereby Certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of SupeRhy G IT date shown.
