At 1: 30 p.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez . B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. (c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 .9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 .
