The Board of Commissioners also authorized the execution of
documents.providing for the contingent conveyance of said property
to Stewart- Kramer Corporation for the development of a single
family housing project composed of 41 units, of which 10% would be
sold at affordable housing prices to lower income families.
Stewart-Kramer Corporation has failed to perform under the terms of
the Agreement, despite two Amendments extending their time to
perform through October 31, 1992 . The above action will terminate
any contingent interest of Stewart-Kramer and authorize the County
to pursue other development opportunities.
