SUBJECT: REVENUE SUBLEASE 2600 STANWELL DRIVE, CONCORD .
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Sublease, commencing July 1, 1993, to Lenders
Information Systems, Inc. for the premises at 2600 Stanwell
Drive, Concord, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Sublease, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Sublease on
behalf of the County.
AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller , to pay $13,270 to CB
Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. for real estate services
provided.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This revenue Sublease will provide revenue to the Health
Services Department budget of the County in the amount of
approximately $220,000.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for revenue from leased office space which is no
longer needed by the County.
