A Notice of Exemption was filed with the County Clerk on January 11, 1993. The Board entered into a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with Ironhouse Sanitary District on December 15, 1992 allowing the Sanitary District to advertise and construct a segment of Line G. This segment of Line G was advertised by the Sanitary District on January 28, 1993. The Board reviewed and approved the Drainage Area 29C Plan amendment, which includes the Teakwood Basin improvements, on November 27, 1984 and found, on the basis of the initial study and all comments received, that there is no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant effect on the environment and adopted the Negative Declaration in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. A Notice of Determination was filed with the County Clerk on December 14, 1984. IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the project is not approved for advertising, it will not be constructed. i
