SUBJECT: Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 9: 50 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez .
At 11: 20 a.m. the Board reconvened and continued with
the regular agenda.
At 11 : 50 a.m. the Board again recessed into closed
session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building.
At 2 : 40 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9, subdivision:
(a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
