REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: For the past seven years the Housing Authority has contracted with the Alameda-Contra Costa Council of the Camp Fire to operate a two week summer City Kids Program (formerly Crimebusters) in several public housing developments operated by the Housing Authority.
