THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on May 11, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 93/231
SUBJECT: Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Detention Basin offered in Subdivision 5946,
Oakley Area.
On October 21, 1986, this Board approved the Final Map for Subdivision 5946, in the
Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director having reported that the acceptance of Parcel R, dedicated to
Contra Costa County, or it's designee, will allow the Contra Costa County Flood Control and
Water Conservation District to maintain the detention basin.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel R as shown on the Final Map of
Subdivision 5946 filed October 24, 1986 in Book 307 of Maps at page 49, official records of
Contra Costa County, State of California is ACCEPTED on behalf of the Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water Conservation District, as designated by Contra Costa County.
