SUBJECT: LEASE - 135 WEST GROVE STREET, RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease, commencing February 1, 1993, with Contra
Costa County, for the premises at 135 West Grove Street,
Richmond, California, for occupancy by Contra Costa County,
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the County Director of General
Services to : EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the Housing
Authority of the County of Contra Costa.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the
Community Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa
built a structure to provide office and classroom space for a
day care center as requested by the Community Services
Department.

I. RECOMMENDED ACTION

Costa County • for the premises at 50 Silver Avenue, Richmond,
California, for occupancy by Contra Costa County, under the
terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease, and AUTHORIZE the County Director of General Services
to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the Housing Authority of
the County of Contra Costa.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND

an existing structure to provide office and classroom space
for a day care center as requested by the Community Services
