Permission is hereby granted to Whitecliff Homes r to
enter and bring the necessary wor}men, tools and equipment onto the
property of the undersigned, Assessor's Parcel No. 192-200-054 for
the purpose of:
Constructing a storm drain system
It is understood and agreed that the above permittees will leave the
premises in a clea-n and orderly condition and will replace in kind any
existing improvements that may have been disturbed or removed during
the course of the work.
It is - further understood and agreed that permission to enter the
property, do the work, and perform the acts stated herein, shall remain
in force and effect . only until the completion of construction and that
.all rights herein shall cease when said work has met the one-year
guarantee performance standards to the satisfaction of the County
Public works Department,.
