LEASE AMENDMENT - 730 LAS JUNTAS STREET, MARTINEZ
SUBJECT:
SPECIFIC REOUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Second Amendment to Lease for the Lease dated
September 1, 1984, with Jack 0. Fries and Lippow Development
Company, for the premises at 730 Las Juntas Street, Martinez,
occupied by the County Clerk-Recorder, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease and
Second Amendment to Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of
General Services to EXECUTE said Second Amendment to Lease on
behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the County
Clerk-Recorder Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide for additional tenant improvements requested by the
County Clerk-Recorder.
