BRAGDON DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DATE: April 20, 1993 SUBJECT: Approve Zoning Administrator's Interpretation of Condition of Approval for M.S. 68-84, Alhambra Valley Area SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDED ACTION; Approve the Zoning Administrator's interpretation of Minor Subdivision No. 68-84 Condition of Approval No. 8L to restrict the imposition of the $17, 000 per lot Alhambra Valley Specific Plan infrastructure fee to the two additional lots created. Full credit towards this contribution will be allowed for the following: 1. Fire Facilities Contributions 2 . Park Dedication Fee (City and County) 3 . Road Improvements/Contribution/Improvements 4 . Drainage Mitigation Contribution/Improvements 5. Specific Plan Contribution 6. Domestic Water Supply (pump stations, reservoirs, and mains to reservoirs) . During the development approval process, the Zoning Administrator interpreted this condition to apply to the two additional lots being created. The recommended refund is consistent with this understanding.
