APRIL 17, 1972 IN BOOK 21 OF PARCEL MAPS PAGE 38,
OAKLEY, CALIFORNIA)
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Rental Agreement, commencing March 1, 1993, with
Frank and Stormy Jueneman for the premises at the DA D52
Basin, Oakley, California, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE
the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on
behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues shall be applied to the Flood Control and Water
Conservation District.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
This Agreement provides for the temporary private use of
County-owned vacant land not currently needed by the County.

SPECIFIC REGUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Rental Agreement, commencing March 15, 1993, with
Gary Rifkin,. Nickitas Panayotou, Nicholas Piampiano, and
William Casey for the premises at 1420 Livorna Road, Alamo,
California, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director
of General Services to EXECUTE said Rental Agreement on behalf
of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenue shall be applied to the budget of the Flood Control
and Water Conservation District.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide reasonably-priced housing for the tenant and income to
the County until a determination is made regarding the
disposal of this property.

SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Rental Agreement, commencing March 1, 1993, with
Gloria Marin for the premises at 4125 Evora Road, West
Pittsburg, California, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE
the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Rental
Agreement on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues collected shall be applied to the Public Works Road
Fund.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
This Agreement will provide reasonable-priced housing for
