Funding allocations for the three contracts for FY 1992-93 totalled $1, 242 , 477 . It is anticipated that FY 1993-94 funding will be approximately the same. The State General Fund Program primarily serves families who receive Child Protective Services (CPS) . The Federal Block Grant Program targets Teen Parents, children at risk of abuse and neglect, and children with special needs. The Title IV-A "At Risk" Program serves low income working families who would be "At Risk" of becoming eligible for Aid to Families of Dependent Children (AFDC) without a child care subsidy.
