Bradford, et. al., said property being required for County Airport purposes. Said Resolution was duly published in the Contra Costa Times in compliance with Govt. Code Section 6063. The Board hereby consummates said purchase and approves the Purchase Agreement dated March 2, 1993, between Alan F. Bradford, et. al., and the County for the Contra Costa County-Byron Airport, and authorizes the Public Works Director to sign the Purchase Agreement on behalf of the County. The County Auditor-Controller is hereby DIRECTED to issue a check in favor of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Escrow No. 150449, for $530,000 for said property for payment to Grantors, upon their conveying to the County a Deed therefor. Bradford, et. al., for County Airport purposes, the real property described in Exhibit W, attached hereto and made a part hereof, for $530,000, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement between Contra Costa County and Alan F. Bradford, et. al.,which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said agreement is on file in the Public Works Department.
