FISCAL IMPACT No general funds are involved. The Agency will utilize redevelopment funds for the $9, 000 contract. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS Area 4 - south at the Pleasant Hill BART Station is owned by the Redevelopment Agency. The assemblage of this approximate 5 acre area was completed in 1992 using Agency funds. The minimum number of units required due to the. Agency's replacement housing obligation is 211 units. Prior to putting the property on the market, the Agency's interests would be served by ascertaining current market value.
