RESOLUTION NO. 93/149
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision
5946, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for
5946 have been completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Hal
Porter Development heretofore approved by this Board;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 5, 1993, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Road Improvement Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period required,
and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash security for
performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 115068, October 14, 1986) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Hal Porter
Development pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
