THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT: Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in
accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 10: 20 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room
105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez .
At 10: 45 a.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
The Board again this day recessed into closed session at 5: 00
p.m. in Room 105 of the County Administration Building.
At 5: 45 p.m. the Board concluded its closed session and
adjourned.

representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of

litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 .- This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
