HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03161993 - 1.14 Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on March 16, 1993, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.93/124 SUBJECT: Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes in Connection with Improvements for the Laurel Road at Mercedes Lane Traffic Signal, Oakley Area. On November 19, 1976, this Board accepted for recording only the Offer of Dedication for roadway purposes for Mercedes Lane in the Oakley Area. The Public Works Director having reported that the acceptance of a portion of this offer, dedicated to Contra Costa County, or it's designee, will allow Contra Costa County to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of Mercedes Lane and Laurel Road. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a portion of that right of way from the existing right of way of Laurel Road to 0.01 miles south on Mercedes Lane as recorded on November 19, 1976, in Volume 8099 of Official Records on page 628 is ACCEPTED for the purpose of building a traffic signal.
