HEARING DECISION BY WARREN JACKSON
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS AND BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board deny Warren Jackson's appeal of the General Assistance
Evidentiary Hearing decision.
BACKGROUND:
Claimant filed request for Evidentiary Hearing on March 25, 1992. The
Hearing was held on May 6, 1992, and the decision was rendered on May
18, 1992, denying the claim.

This appeal was considered by the board of Supervisors on June 16 , 1992 .
Subsequently, it was discovered that the appellant may not have been properly
noticed. Therefore , the Clerk of the board noticed this matter for this date
and time for hearing. No one appeared to speak and the public hearing was
closed. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the above recommendation is APPROVED
and the appeal by Warren Jackson is DENIED.
