Z-7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on July 14, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Torlakson and Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Proposed Segregation of Assessments 15B, 15C, 15D, 16B, 16C, 17A, and 18A, Assessment District 1991-2, Refunding Wayside Plaza. The Public Works Director has reported that he has been notified by the County Auditor-Controller that the parcel of land shown as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 172-290- 040, 172-290-042, 172-290-043 and 172-290-044 on previous tax rolls upon which there are unpaid assessments on bonds issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Assessment District 1991-2, have been subdivided; IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director, ex officio Street Superintendent, in conformance with Sections 8730 and 8734 of the Streets & Highways Code,is AUTHORIZED to file with the Clerk of the Board amended assessments for Assessment Nos. 15B, 15C, 15D, 16B, 16C, 17A, and 18A, segregating and apportioning the unpaid installments of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original parcel. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that,pursuant to Ordinance No. 90-61 adopted by the Board on July 31, 1990, a fee of$2,650 shall be APPLIED to the segregation to cover County costs.
