RESOLUTION NO.92/465
SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement Agreement for RA 1021, Road
Acceptance for Reliez Valley Road, Pleasant Hill Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date for RA 1021, Road
Acceptance for Reliez Valley Road, property located in the Pleasant Hill area.
A Road Improvement Agreement with BA Properties, Incorporated, developer, whereby said
developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement
within one year from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of road and
drainage improvements on Reliez Valley Road.
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title
9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: -
a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 209993, dated July 1, 1992) in the
amount of$1,540, made by BA Properties, Incorporated.
b. Additional security in the form of.
A corporate surety bond dated June 24, 1992, and issued by United Pacific Insurance
Company (Bond No. U 1867953) with BA Properties, Incorporated as principal, in
the amount of$152,260 for faithful performance and$76,900 for labor and materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is
APPROVED.
