THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on July 14, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Torlakson and Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/463
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements Subdivision MS 110-88, El Sobrante Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision MS 110-88 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
Daniel R. St. John and Vivian L. St. John heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction
with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these
improvements have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for which a
$1500 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 209191, dated June 18, 1992) was made
by Daniel R. St. John to insure construction of one street light.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of June 2, 1992 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the
filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period
is hereby established, and the $1000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 176176,
dated July.12, 1990) made by Daniel R. St. John and Vivian L. St. John be RETAINED for
one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
