Wickland Oil Martinez, 2801 Waterfront Road, Martinez 94553,
requesting the Board to modify its position regarding phase three of
the San Francisco-to-Stockton Ship Channel Project and to support the
inclusion in phase three of the Project of a small portion of the
Suisun Channel which serves the tanker berth located at Wickland's
Martinez marine petroleum terminal.
