THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on June 2 , 1992 , by the following vote:

ABSENT: Supervisor Torlakson
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT : Hearing On Rezoning Application 2802-RZ, Final
Development Plan 3025-88and Subdivision 7151,
Davidon Homes, Applicant and Owner, and Appeals of
Reliez Valley Area Residents, Farm Hill Estates
Homeowners Association, the City of Lafayette and
Davidon Homes, Pleasant Hill/Martinez Area .
This is the time heretofore noticed for hearing on the
recommendation of the Contra Costa County Planning Commission on
the request by Davidon Homes (applicant and owner) to rezone 70 +
or - acres of land from General Agricultural District (A-2 ) to
Planned Unit District (P-1) and preliminary development plan
(2802-RZ) , and a request for approval of a final development plan
for 81 residential units and open space area (3028-88 ) , and a
request for approval of a tentative map to divide 70 = or - acres
into 81 lots and open space parcels (Subdivision 7151) ; and to
consider the appeals of Reliez Valley area residents, Farm Hill
Estates Homeowners Association, the City of Lafayette, and
Davidon Homes from the decision of the Contra Costa County
Planning Commission on the above request by Davidon Homes in the
Pleasant Hill/Martinez area .
Dennis Barry, Community Development Department, presented
the staff recommendation to certify the environmental impact
report prepared for the project as adequate, declare the Board' s
intent to approve rezoning application 2802-RZ, declare intent to
approve development plan 3025-88 with amended conditions, deny
the appeals of the Farm Hills Homeowners Association, the Reliez
Valley residents petition, the City of Lafayette, deny in part
the appeal of Davidon Homes and grant in part their appeal,
modify Conditions 3a, 15k, 15a . la and 15L of the Conditions of
Approval as recommended by the County Planning Commission and
approve the tentative map .

Following discussion of the matter, IT IS BY THE BOARD
ORDERED that the public hearing on the above matter is CLOSED;
and decision on the above matter is DEFERRED to June 16, 1992, at
10 : 45 a .m. ; and a report on the recommendations of the Reliez
Valley Task Force is REQUESTED.
