BUBJECT:. Resolution authorizing Public Works Director to process
bills for costs to date in anticipation of executing an
agreement between Ambrose Parks and Recreation District
and County Landscaping and Lighting District 1979-3 (LL-
2) Zone 9 (West Pittsburg) . (7788-6X5421)
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board adopted its Resolution confirming engineer's report,
ordering improvement and levying the annual assessment for Zone 9
County Landscaping and Lighting District 1979-3 (LL-2) . The
contract work component of the report requires that Ambrose Parks
and the Recreation District shall enter into a contract with said
landscaping and lighting zone and shall furnish all labor,
equipment and materials required to do the work necessary to
satisfy the requirements of the landscaping and lighting zone in
accordance with the approved scope of work.
Ambrose Parks and Recreation District has incurred certain
expenses in anticipation of the signed agreement with the county
and requests that Landscaping and Lighting District (Zone 9) funds
be advanced to reimburse them for this expense.
The Board of Supervisors hereby AUTHORIZES the Public Works
Director to arrange for the payment of $27, 333 .99 (expenditures
January 1992 to March 1992) to Ambrose Parks and Recreation
District from the County Landscaping and Lighting District 1979-3
(LL-2) Zone 9 (West Pittsburg) , Fund No. 2838.
