THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on June 2, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/381
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Approval of Subdivision Agreement for
Improvement Warranty and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7028, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 7028 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Wood
Valley Development, Incorporated heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with
the filing of the Subdivision Map.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
A Subdivision Agreement for Improvement Warranty with Wood Valley
Development, Incorporated, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to warrant all
improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement for Improvement Warranty for one
year from the date of said agreements;
Said document was accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code,with a corporate surety
bond dated May 10, 1992, and issued by American Bonding Company (Bond No. 141036)
with Wood Valley Development, Incorporated as principal, in the amount of $12,140 for
faithful performance and $6,570 for labor and materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of May 19, 1992 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the
filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, as shown and
dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 7028 filed May 16, 1991, in Book
356 of Maps at page 42, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is
ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period
is hereby established, and the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 189414,
dated April 25, 1991) made by Wood Valley Development, Incorporated be RETAINED for
one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
