Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Right of Way Conveyance San Pablo Creek Project. No. 7567-6D8632 North Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired certain real property by Final Order of Condemnation recorded on March 10; 1987, in Book 13498 at Page 131, Official Records, in the North Richmond area. A portion of the property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, is required by Contra Costa County for the improvement of Parr Boulevard. The Board hereby FINDS that said real property is not required for any District use and hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said real property to Contra Costa County. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the County on behalf of the District. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Quitclaim Deed to be delivered to the County. APN 408-130-027 EXHIBIT "A" PARCEL X1261.1-5: A portion of that parcel of land described in the deed to Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District recorded March 10, 1987 in Volume 13498 at page 131, Official Records of Contra Costa County, California, described as follows: References to monuments, property lines and ownerships are to records of said County. Commencing at the 1-1/2" iron pipe monument tagged Contra Costa County at the intersection of Garden Tract Road and Parr Boulevard, said monument bears north 88°07'51"west 701.80 feet from the standard street monument marking the intersection of Parr Boulevard and North Richmond Parkway (shown as North Richmond Bypass on the map entitled "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan, Contra Costa County, North Richmond Bypass" recorded November 3, 1969 in Volume 5988 of Official Records at page 209); thence north 08014'43"west 216.47 feet to the east line of said Flood Control and Water Conservation District parcel (13498 O.R. 131) the True Point of Beginning; thence from the True Point of Beginning, south 22057'00" west 28.32 feet, to a curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence along the arc of said curve, southwesterly and westerly 25.54 feet, through a central angle of 73010'00", to a reverse curve having a radius of 60.00 feet; thence along the arc of said reverse curve, westerly and southwesterly 65.97 feet, through a central angle of 63°00'00"; thence south 33007'00" west 54.00 feet; thence south 56053'00" east 89.42 feet; thence south 62023'00" east 44.63 feet to the east line of said Flood Control and Water Conservation District parcel (13498 O.R. 131); thence along said east line, north 01°03'10" east 179.84 feet, to the True Point of Beginning.
