SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Date: June 16., 1992 MATTER OF RECORD ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Closed Session The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached announcement. At 1: 30 p.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 2: 15 p.m:- the Board reconvened and continued with the regular afternoon •agenda. At 4: 30 p.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 .of the County Administration Building. At the conclusion of the closed session at 5: 15 p.m. the Board adjourned its meeting. c CLOSED SESSTON .ANNOUNCEMENT. - .June 16 , 1992 Contra Costa County Board of supervisors in all of its capacities ) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal . B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. ( c ) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code § 54965 . 8 concerning real property negotiations . The Real property which the negotiations may concern is the appropriately twenty-two acre proposed permanent transfer station site located south of. Arthur Road and at the end of the Waterbird Way in the Martinez area . The parties with whom the County' s negotiators may negotiate are the owners of the site and/or their representatives . D-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 . Land Waste Management v. C .C .C . d`4:.june16.ann
