HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06161992 - 2.5 2 . 5a Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on June 16, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 92/439 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 7040, Danville Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7040 have been completed Las provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Dame' Construction Company, Incorporated heretofore approved by this Board in conjun- ction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of June 12, 1992 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY September 20, 1988 Reliance Insurance Agency Bond No.: B463016 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that widening of Camino Tassajara and the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 7040 filed October 3, 1988, in Book 325 of Maps at page 48, Official Records of Contra Costa County,State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads. Gail D. Johnson,, 638 Crystal Springs Court, Danville, appeared before the Board and requested the. Board to defer action on this . matter. She referred. to several issues of concern of the homeowners within the subdivision and of a private engineering firm that is being consulted on this matter. Michael Rupprecht, representing the Developer,. requested the Board to accept the improvements as complete. Michael Walford, Public Works Director, advised that. the action before the Board today refers to the public improvements, i.e. , the road and drainage system in public right of way within the area. Good cause appearing therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Public Works Director is REQUESTED to report to the Board on December 15, 1992, on the progress in addressing the concerns of the residents.
