HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06161992 - 1.12 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 16, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close a Portion of Stone Valley Road and Livorna Road, in the Alamo Area for the Purpose of Removing Freeway Widening Scaffolding. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to C.C. Myers, Inc. to completely close except for emergency traffic Stone Valley Road and Livorna Road at the I-680 overcrossings. Each street will be closed for not more than three nights between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. during the period of June 22 through July 3, 1992 for the purpose of removing scaffolding used for freeway widening subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via I-680 between the closed road and the next interchange. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 3. C.C. Myers, Inc. shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured.
