Dean Lacy, Lacey' s Arabian Ranch, Danville Area On April 28, 1992, the Board of Supervisors continued to this date the decision on the Administrative Appeal of Mr. Dean Lacy, Lacy' s Arabian Ranch, from the decision of the Community Development Department on a request for an exception for permit fees in the Danville area . Supervisor Schroder commented on issues including a caretaker' s quarters, leaseholder vs . caretaker, and the fees and temporary use and advised that he had questions about what could and could not be done legally. Supervisor Schroder advised that he would like to put the decision over to consider these issues . Dean Lacey, 4160 Camino Tassajara, Danville, further clarified his reasons for requesting the caretaker mobilehome and being excepted from the fees . IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the decision on the above matter is CONTINUED to May 12, 1992 , at 10 : 45 a .m. in the Board chambers; and Community Development Department staff is REQUESTED to respond to issues raised at the meeting this day.
