1.78 Letter dated April 24, 1992 , from the Director of Public
Works, Napa County, Flood Control and Water Conservation
District, 1195 Third St. , Room 201, Napa 94559-3082, advising
that his Board of Supervisors determined not to take a
position opposing a Peripheral Canal or other isolated water
transfer facility, but as a State Water Project contractor,
the District is currently involved in reviewing options for
increasing immediate and longer term water supplies.

94553-2394 , with resolution adopted by the City Council, City

isolated Delta Water transfer facility project.
