Cardoza, Mary Pacheco, and Barbara Jean Riggio, for County Airport purposes, the real property described as the northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 1 South, Range 3 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian for $1,000,000, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and Tony M. Cardoza, Mary Pacheco, and Barbara Jean Riggio, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said agreement is on file in the.Public Works Department.' This Board will meet on June 9, 1992 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to purchase from Tony M. Cardoza, Mary Pacheco and Barbara Jean Riggio, at a price of $1,000,000, the property known as Assessor's Parcel Number 001-011-014 being 160 acres of land located on the west side of Byron Hot Springs Road, approximately 1,300 feet south of Holey Road, Byron, California and more particularly described in Resolution No. 92/ of the Board and will meet at 9:00 a.m. on June 9, 1992, in its Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the purchase. I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy,of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
