SUBJECT: LEASE TERMINATION - 1340 ARNOLD DRIVE, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE termination of the Lease with Muir
Parkway Properties, for the premises at 1340 Arnold Drive,
Martinez, occupied by the Social Service Department, under. the
terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to GIVE
NOTICE and NEGOTIATE interim occupancy on behalf of the
County.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT: Cost reduction in the budget of the Social
Service Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: Reduce office space
as requested by the Social Service Department.
