BRAGDON ' courty DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT . nrr1 DATE: April 21, 1992 SUBJECT: Hearing on Rezoning Application 2962-RZ to rezone 1.53 acres from Multiple Family Residential (29 units per acre) to Planned Unit Development (P-1) and Development Plan 3022-91 and Subdivision 7676, in the Pittsburg area. SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Accept the Environmental Documentation prepared for.. this project as' being adequate. 2 . Approve Rezoning Application #2962-RZ as recommended by the East County Regional Planning Commission. 3. Approve Development Plan #3022-91 and Subdivision ' 7676with amended conditions, Exhibit A attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein as recommended by the East County Regional . Planning Commission. 4. Adopt the East County Regional Planning Commission's findings as set forth in its Resolution No. 23-1992 as the determination for this decision. 5. Introduce the ordinance giving effect to the rezoning application #2962-RZ, waive reading and set for adoption of same. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The background for this project is reviewed in the March 9, 1992 staff report to the East County Regional Planning Commission. ` The Commission reviewed the application on March 9, 1992 and after taking testimony, the East County Regional Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Supervisors approval of Rezoning 2962-RZ, . Development Plan 3022-91 and Subdivision 7676.
