SUBJECT: EXTEND LEASE TERM - 4061 PORT CHICAGO HIGHWAY, CONCORD
SPECIFIC REOUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf
of the County, its option to extend the lease with Sierra
Pacific Properties for the premises at 4061 Port Chicago
Highway, Concord, for continued occupancy by the Community
Services Department, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease dated April 16, 1991 .
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the Community Services Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide for continued
use of warehouse space as requested by the Community Services
Department.
