Adopted this Resolution March 24, 1992, by at least a four-fifths vote as follows:

SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Excess Real Property
to the East Bay Regional Park District
(Portion) Assessor's Parcel No. 408-170-060 & 061
Project No. 0662-61-14322
North Richmond Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board on February 25, 1992, passed Resolution No92/105 and Notice fixing
March 24, 1992, at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez,
California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of
the real property described therein to East Bay Regional Park District; said Notice was
duly published in the West County Times.
This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, found that said property is no longer
required for present or future County use and the sales price of $218,853.00 represents
it market value.
This Board hereby APPROVES the Real Property Sales Agreement between
Contra Costa County and East Bay Regional Park District and the conveyance of the
property described in Exhibit "A" hereto, to the East Bay Regional Park District upon
payment of $218,853.00 to the County; and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to
execute said Agreement and a Grant Deed to the District on behalf of the County, and
DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the grantee for acceptance
and recording.
This property was acquired for road purposes and the Board hereby DIRECTS that
the proceeds of this sale be deposited back into the road fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on March 24, 1992 , by at least a four-fifth vole of the
Board.

A portion of that parcel of land described in the deed to Contra Costa County recorded
September 21, 1976 in Book 8022 of Official Records at page 483 records of Contra
Costa County, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing on the proposed center line of the North Richmond Bypass as shown on
the map entitled "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan, Contra Costa
County, North Richmond Bypass" recorded November 5, 1969 in Book 5998 at page 209
of Official Records of said County, at Station 45+00 P.O.T. as marked by a 11/2 inch iron
pipe monument tagged Contra Costa County; said 1 1/2 inch iron pipe bears north 0°35'08"
east, 2,500.00 feet from another 11/2 inch iron pipe monument tagged Contra Costa
County at Station 20+00 P.O.T. as shown on said map (5998 O.R. 209); thence from said
point of commencement along said proposed center line of North Richmond Bypass,
south 0°35'08" west, 1,012.80 feet; thence leaving said centerline north 39°33'14" west
85.31 feet to the Point of Beginning for the herein described parcel; thence leaving said
Point of Beginning along the west line of said North Richmond Bypass north 0035'08" east

except a 24.00 feet in width access for ingress and egress with said North Richmond
Bypass, the center of which lies south 0035'08"west 228.00 feet from the northerly corner
of said PARCEL "A" described above, said access to be constructed according to State
of California Transportation Department Standards (Section 405.7 of the January, 1987
Highway Design Manual for public road intersections).
