Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Excess Real Property to the East Bay Regional Park District (Portion) Assessor's Parcel No. 408-170-060 & 061 Project No. 0662-61-14322 North Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on February 25, 1992, passed Resolution No92/105 and Notice fixing March 24, 1992, at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to East Bay Regional Park District; said Notice was duly published in the West County Times. This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, found that said property is no longer required for present or future County use and the sales price of $218,853.00 represents it market value. This Board hereby APPROVES the Real Property Sales Agreement between Contra Costa County and East Bay Regional Park District and the conveyance of the property described in Exhibit "A" hereto, to the East Bay Regional Park District upon payment of $218,853.00 to the County; and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute said Agreement and a Grant Deed to the District on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the grantee for acceptance and recording. This property was acquired for road purposes and the Board hereby DIRECTS that the proceeds of this sale be deposited back into the road fund. PASSED AND ADOPTED on March 24, 1992 , by at least a four-fifth vole of the Board.
