Task: ACQ Account: 3540 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: A. APPROVE Right of Way Contract dated June 4, 1991, from Cuti Corporation. B. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. C. APPROVE payment of $100 and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Cuti Corporation, P. O. Box 5, Oakley, CA 94561, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. II. Financial Impact: Payment of $100 from Drainage Area 30A funds. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Payment is for a Temporary Construction Permit from the Cuti Corporation that is required for the Drainage Area 30A - Line A project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV.
