SUBJECT: RENTAL AGREEMENT 180 CAMINO PABLO, ORINDA
SPECIFIC REOUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND,JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Rental Agreement commencing June
15,. 1991, with Mr. and Mrs . Ernesto Rodriguez for the premises
at 180 Camino Pablo, Orinda, for occupancy under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental
Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to
EXECUTE said Rental Agreement on behalf of the County.
DETERMINE that the above project is a Cl.ass One .
Categorical Exemption ( 1) under the California Environmental
Quality Act.
DIRECT the Director of Community Development to FILE a
Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.
II . Financial Impact: This Rental Agreement will provide revenue
of approximately $10,800 per year to the County Road Fund.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: The premises will
provide rental housing until construction of the Camino Pablo
road project.
