AUTHORIZE Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the County. C. APPROVE payment as listed above for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor- Controller to issue checks in said amounts payable to the listed payees, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. D. Financial Impact: Payment totalling $13,800 from Road Funds (35%), State Transportation Development Act funds (19%), Deferred Improvement Agreements (9%) and the Alamo Area of Benefit (37%). III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: These property rights are,required for the Miranda Avenue Bike Path project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV.
